Cancellation Policy
Appointments require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a fee of 40% of the service that was canceled.
Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service price.
No-shows are charged 100% of the service price and must prepay in full to rebook.
Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred once with proper notice.
Arrivals 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling and applicable fees.
